We bought our property through Premium Properties in 2014, which turned out to be a very easy process.We gave Power of Attorney to Mujdat Isık,as we only bought it the day before returning to the UK. We also used them for property maintenance to keep an eye on the place while we were in the UK. We needed some work done before we came back to the Turkey so asked if they could arrange to work to be done.We were sent photographs once the work was completed and once we were happy, the tradesmen were paid.We moved permanently to Turkey in 2016, but continued to use Premium Properties for any maintenance.We have had various jobs done including glass balcony, ironworks, tiling etc. All trades people have been excellent.
